    We source coffee from smallholder producers throughout Guatemala

    Finca San Antonio in Fraijanes, Guatemala. Understanding where your coffee comes from is an important aspect of sustainable sourcing. We are proud to highlight our producer partners with consumer-facing traceability.

    Toribio Abad is second generation working at Finca San Antonio. Following the steps of his father, his vision is to produce the best quality using sustainable practices.

  • Wet Mill

    TheOne Kafé and united Rescue Alliance (a US and Guatemalan non-profit) have partnered to build a sustainability-focused, efficient wet mill in Guatemala. This is where coffee is processed from cherries into green beans, ready to be roasted and bring out the vibrant flavor profile.

  • Roasting

    TheOne Kafé has established a strategic partnership with a local roaster in Fort Worth, TX. This has enabled TheOne Kafé to own the process while leveraging on years of experience and industry recognition through local partnerships and associations.

  • Shared Experience

    Each bag of coffee allows you to see its unique journey so you can see everyone who shared in your experience from farm to cup.

  • Logistics

    Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala to Oakland, California via Hamburg Sud.  

    Once dried and milled, coffee is now ready to be shipped to Fort Worth, Texas to be roasted and bagged. Each bag is freshly roasted on demand.
