🕒 Return Window
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
📦 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale items and promotional bundles are non-refundable.
Perishable goods (such as opened coffee bags) cannot be returned, except in cases of damage or quality issues.
🔄 Exchanges or Store Credit
If the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
