Finca San Antonio is a farm managed by a fifth generation coffee-producer family. The Bosch family has been producing coffee at this farm for three generations.

Just a 45-minute drive from Guatemala City, the traditional farm is located in Fraijanes, one of the 8 coffee-producing regions acknowledged by the national coffee association, Anacafé. Planted at 1650-1750 meters above sea level, the coffee grown in Finca San Antonio is harvested at one of the most elevated farms of its region.

The San Antonio plantation is managed traditionally; meaning its coffee is shade-grown under a canopy of trees, and all agricultural procedures are achieved entirely by hand. In an initiative to produce non-GMO coffee and foster environmental responsibility, the farm has transitioned into utilizing the least amount of agrochemicals possible throughout its years of operation. Furthermore, herbicide use has been completely eliminated from the plantation's practices since 2014.
