TheOne Kafe and united Rescue Alliance have partnered to build a sustainability-focused, efficient wet mill in Guatemala. This is where coffee is processed from cheries into green beans, ready to be roasted and bring out the vibrant flavor profile.

Rising Tide is a women owned coffee roasting co-op based in Austin, Texas. Rising Tide was founded in early 2022 to lower the barrier to entry for small retailers and cafes to roast their own coffee.
